Joatra is a privately operated project in public beta. It is not currently a commercial offering. If a commercial operation is started in the future, this imprint will be updated accordingly.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible under §7 (1) DDG for my own content on these pages according to general laws. Under §§8–10 DDG I am not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal violation becomes known. If such legal violations are discovered, the affected content will be removed immediately.
