Right of Withdrawal

This right-of-withdrawal notice applies to the purchase of the paid Joatra Pro subscription, provided you act as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB (German Civil Code). The purchase contract for Joatra Pro is formed with our payment processor Paddle as Merchant of Record — see the Terms and Conditions for details.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided at the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal relating to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services

For contracts on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, and for service contracts, your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

• expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
• confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

This consent and confirmation are obtained during the checkout process with our payment processor Paddle.

Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is unaffected

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, and even after its early expiry under the previous paragraph, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee continues to apply: within 30 days of purchase, an informal email to christian@cmlux.dev is enough to get a full refund of the purchase price.
